Investor Lending Program Guidelines

Program. You will find that it is no more inexpensive than most of
the money available in the market, but with much less hassle. Once
approved as a borrower, all you do is submit the contract along
with our simple one page property information form and we can
close within 10 working days. With clear, insurable title, and
satisfactory appraised value, we can have documents and funding
within 48 hours! On the next page are the terms and fees
associated with our loan program. All fees except the appraisal
can be financed into the loan (purchase price plus $2000 will be
funded at closing, as long as LTV requirements are met. If you
buy the property right you can buy all your houses with nothing
down except $350 for the inspection.
