Q. Do I have to have insurance on the property?
A. Yes, we have fire and windstorm with a minimum of 6
months term with the investor named as the insured.
Q. Do you have a closing?
A. Yes, we close all of our properties at Fidelity National
Title company or title company of lenders choice. (many of our
lenders are attorneys and have their own title companies.)
Q. I am interested in investing money as a
private lender and diversifying into owning a few properties but
I do not like being a landlord. Do you have any other HANDS OFF
investing ideas where I don't have to interact with tenants?
