Johnny Buczynski

MDS Founder

Johnny has negotiated and bought hundreds of single family properties in the Clearwater/TampaBay area. He currently owns a HomeVestors® franchise, a mortgage company, a general contracting business and a rental management company. He has shared his knowledge with many investors on how to build a successful real estate portfolio buying and remodeling residential Real Estate.  

He has been featured on the radio show called "Professionally Speaking" and on the television program "A House in Florida" (London-Zenith Entertainment). He has conducted workshops and seminars for students who would like to know his secret's. He is a successful investor who buys and sells property creatively for maximum profits.

Today, from our headquarters in Clearwater, we continue to invest in Real Estate, but we have broadened our focus to helping other Real Estate investors acquire the financing and education to engage in this exciting and lucrative business. We now offer courses and seminars to you, the new or seasoned investor!

David M. Summers

National Seminar Director

David graduated in 1983 from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University and the Northern Melbourne Institute in Victoria, Australia, where he studied advanced technical drawing and general engineering.  Additionally, he is also a graduate from the Australian College of Journalism, New South Wales (1990), and has completed Master certificates at Villanova University in Finance & Accounting, Applied Project Management and Six Sigma Quality Assurance studies and is currently pursuing his MBA in International Business and Marketing at the University of New England in Australia.  

As an entrepreneur, David has owned properties in Australia and Europe and has traveled in 85 countries, working extensively around the world in the publishing, educational and seminar industries. 

In 2000, David relocated to the United States.  He has presented to global audiences including at London's prestigious Wembley Arena.  David is also a skilled international lecturer, writer, negotiator, and currently serves as the National Seminar Director at Million Dollar Student LLC.
