Here are some minimum requirements for our System:
» Must be looking to buy an investment property today, tomorrow or next week! Basically we are looking for folks who want to do this NOW - not 2 or 3 months from now.
» All partners and decision makers need to be available to come to the office for signup and orientation to our System.
» Must schedule to come into the office for orientation and signup and pay your tuition/retainer fee on the same day.
» Must have a minimum of $3k of working capital to cover your initial signup and deposit on first property. If you have access to more capital, then you will see that you will have a larger selection of REAL DEALS that you will be able work with. ( Your signup/deposit can be credited toward your first deal - ask me how - if you are ready now!)
