What is a SHORT SALE?

discussion among real estate entrepreneurs today is the short sale.
It's making a lot of money for real estate entrepreneurs nationwide,
I still work several per month myself.
That's right, I still buy real
estate full time! Not many of the other teachers can say that. I
still buy and sell around seventy properties per year. I teach this

Anytime a seller calls you with a house that's in foreclosure or
about to be you have a candidate for a short sale, It doesn't much
matter what the loan balance is or how far behind in payments it is.

company. If there is a second mortgage you need to sell them on why
they should take your offer, example; condition of property, selling
commission, holding period, eviction, taxes etc. it's not that hard
just using the right scripts, and that's what you'll learn.
